We are a fun, friendly and very experienced organisation, we welcome applications from caring and enthusiastic individuals to work with our children in a state of the art and safe learning environment. We opened the first Out of School scheme in Europe and added a Day Nursery in 1984. We can provide care for nearly 200 children aged 0-11 years in our two storey child care centre, which we designed ourselves and opened in 2009.

 

Our indoor facilities include a craft room, an IT room, soft play and sensory rooms. The Out of School children have many different and dedicated areas in which to play and the Early Years' children are cared for in age groups across five different rooms - each with their own outside play area. We also have a decked balcony, gardens and an adventure playground.

Casual Playworker

 

We have seasonal posts available, during school holidays, for playworkers in our Out of School scheme. The role involves playing with the children, supervising their activities and taking them on outings.

 

Child care at our staff discount may be available. You can choose which days or weeks you wish to work.

 

We also take volunteers and students

 

If you would like to work with children, enjoy gardening or painting then we need your help, whether it be for one hour a week, one day a week or everyday we will be grateful for the help and support.
